Project Background
CMC Telecom is a technology company under the CMC Group, operating in the telecommunications infrastructure, technology, and digital solutions sectors. With a focus on sustainable development and workforce expansion, CMC Telecom places particular emphasis on integration training to help its staff quickly understand the company’s culture, core values, and development direction.
In this project, CMC Telecom aimed to develop an integration-oriented eLearning course for all employees, ensuring that everyone has access to the training content in a consistent, professional, and effective manner.
The Problem
As a large corporation, CMC Telecom has a significant amount of important information to convey through its onboarding training program, from its founding story, core values, and corporate culture to its future strategic direction. However, the challenge was how to synthesize and deliver this vast amount of information in a concise, accessible, and manageable eLearning course.
Furthermore, the course needed to be visually appealing, easy to manage, and aligned with the company’s evolving training strategy towards digitalization. The course should not simply provide information but also convey the spirit, identity, and unique story of CMC Telecom.
Strategy and Solution
To address this problem, Talent Gate approached the project by conducting thorough research with the client, deeply exploring CMC Telecom’s desires, core messages, and the spirit it wanted to communicate. Based on our experience in building and designing integrated eLearning courses for numerous businesses, Talent Gate proposes a concise, logical, and optimized content framework, ensuring it is both succinct and clearly reflects the company’s identity.
In parallel with content development, the Talent Gate team builds a training narrative using a storytelling approach, combining visual concepts and design styles that align with CMC Telecom’s brand identity. This approach ensures the eLearning course is not only informative but also creates an emotional connection with learners.
Based on the agreed-upon content, Talent Gate proceeds to design and digitize the eLearning course, optimizing the learning experience, ensuring ease of deployment, management, and long-term use. The entire implementation process is carried out through close collaboration between the content team, design team, and client to guarantee project quality and timeline.
