PROJECT 2 – CAREER PATH DEVELOPMENT FOR PVCB

  • As-is analysis report on job rotation at PVCB Business Divisions
  • Define career path for PVCB employees, and develop individual career path based on competency assessment results and PVCB Career progression framework

PROJECT 3 – COMPETENCY FRAMEWORK AND COMPETENCY ASSESSMENT FOR PVCB BACK OFFICE 

  • Conduct and report as-is analysis on current job titles and propose changes
  • Develop Competency Framework for 1000+ titles and positions. Implement competency assessment using 3 methodologies
  • Report on company competency assessment and Report on individual competency assessment
  • Fine-tune Competency Framework for the whole organization at PVCombank.
