Our team quality and training service were reaffirmed as Talent Gate was chosen to train and guide the trainers at VietinBank School through the course “How to develop competency-based assessment questions” . Our Senior Trainer – Ms. Nguyen Bao Khanh, who had extensive experience in people development projects for corporate businesses, particularly Competency Framework – successfully walked 30 VietinBank trainers through a 1-day course with 12 hours for practice. By doing in-class exercises, learners had hours of heated discussions on the topic.
Once being equipped with necessary knowledge and skills, VietinBank School trainers successfully applied and developed a questionnaire based on available Competency Framework to accurately define required competencies aligned with the bank’s plan and development strategy.
By the end of the course, Talent Gate and our trainer were highly recognized for useful content and good training delivery, reflected by a rating of 4.8/5 given by participants. Most of them shared that the course was highly applicable to their jobs.
