Talent Gate recently conducted a training course on “Elearning and the application of digital technology in factory consulting” for Better Work Vietnam employees.
The programme was specifically designed for Better Work Vietnam employees, focusing on updating eLearning training trends in today’s digital age and applying digital tools in practical factory consulting.
In addition to emphasising the importance of technology in consulting, Talent Gate instructors shared insights on eLearning trends and digital applications such as data management systems and learning data analysis. They also guided participants on implementing knowledge in real-life scenarios for effective management and evaluation after the consulting process.
The one-day programme in Hanoi addressed participants’ queries, ranging from seemingly simple tasks like constructing QnA questions, with instructors Nguyen Bao Khanh and Nguyen Thanh Trung from Talent Gate providing concise explanations and guidance to help participants better understand content delivery and resolve consulting challenges at factories. Better Work Vietnam representatives and participants highly praised the course content, professional organisation, and attentive approach of the Talent Gate team.
To ensure consistent knowledge transfer to Better Work Vietnam consulting teams nationwide, the programme will continue in Ho Chi Minh City on 26/02/2024.
